Don’t shop anywhere else! We were previous J&K customers so we knew their products are of good quality. Our sales representative, Geralyn Marshburn, was the most caring, helpful and fun person! She went over and beyond to help us buy our new furniture. She was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in choosing colors and fabrics. I would highly recommend her.

We went to JK Home Furnishings because… We went to JK Home Furnishings because we wanted to deal with a local store to purchase our Dream Cloud mattresses. The sales people were polite and helpful but after we paid nearly $4000.00 for new mattresses and bases, it took nearly a month to get them. While I understand they can't necessarily control the shipping from a supplier, they need to know how long things will truly take and be upfront and honest about it. We were told to expect the items in one to two weeks. We had issue with the first mattresses and had to order replacements and so far it has been the same experience. I would recommend using a company that stocks what you want locally if you don't want to go through the hassle of waiting and getting excuses when you call to find out what the status is.
