Great experience We ordered a blue sectional. The color was perfect. The furniture arrived weeks earlier than expected. They stored it until we were able to accept delivery. There was no issue with the delivery. The delivery men were very nice. Grear experience

Excellent shopping experience Tammy was well informed and help my husband and I select all custom Living Room furniture. She was a pleasure to work with and made the experience effortless.

Don’t shop anywhere else! We were previous J&K customers so we knew their products are of good quality. Our sales representative, Geralyn Marshburn, was the most caring, helpful and fun person! She went over and beyond to help us buy our new furniture. She was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in choosing colors and fabrics. I would highly recommend her.

Customer service needs improvement We are happy with the couch and love seat we purchased but feel the communication for delivery was poor. We called to check on delivery, left messages, no return call. Surprised over 7 weeks later you are asking for a review.
