GBGreat customer service Edna my sales person was so nice I have been shopping for a couch and every other place I went to had subpar customer service. I went in knowing what I wanted she didn’t hassle me or upsell anything I didn’t need. Maria was also very kind and sweet she was very personable.

GBNo pressure or stalking :) It's important for salespeople to be able to "read the room". I know there are internal procedures but timing is most important and when the time is right to approach buyers...that's when you initiate procedures. Checking out is cumbersome...might consider streamlining this process.

GBSet up delivery to local store Set up delivery to local store. Merchandise was suppose to be boxed. Was put together and damaged. Then told me they did me a favor by having it brought to local store. Regardless I was a customer still purchasing from the store.
