Great customer service!!!! Andrew worked very hard to accommodate my needs on product, price and delivery! I'm impressed with delivery as well! Chaz took time to bring my delivery into my home for me and was courteous and professional. In this day and age great customer service needs acknowledged and Andrew provided great customer service! Lumberjack underpromised and over delivered!! Very happy to get my new flooring!!

Best online flooring company I cannot recommend this company enough. THEY ARE AMAZING. I took a long time picking my floors and when I finally did, I ran into some huge issues (product issues outside of Lumberjack Direct’s control). Jake was my savior in getting everything resolved. He took care of multiple flooring shipments/returns. To say he went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied is truly an understatement. It’s hard to express in this review how grateful I am! HUGE thank you to Lumberjack Direct!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I was trying to get flooring sent quickly from VARIOUS companies online and offline. After a long day of no luck, Lumberjack was the ONLY one with a live person who had a sense of urgency. I got my flooring 3 days later. Best experience! I wish every company was efficient like theirs!

Saved the day Found the Armstrong flooring we needed to complete our sunroom remake. Not only found it but it was much less per square foot than the other online store I managed to find the exact color at. Armstrong was bought out so the products were no longer available at big box stores and the color we needed seemed even less available online. Delivery was smooth and no damage to any of the boxes
