Lumberjack Direct is legit My experience with Lumberjack Direct was super positive. I purchased 1200sq ft. and it was delivered with in a week. The quality was exactly what I expected for my budget. I had one box that was damaged and a few color variation issues with a couple boxes. Lumberjack direct understood my issue and resolved it immediately. Just for reference we did our entire house with new high-end hardware flooring, and from order placement to delivery they kept me updated the whole time. Additionally, we made some nonstandard requests to ensure our selection of flooring color was right and the team was more than happy to accommodate. Great service Great service. Not a 5 star because I didn't receive my sample until I reached out to my rep and then he expedited it. this is the second sample I have received and I had no problem with getting my first sample.
