Faster Support Well I like it alot but the only thing i wish would be better is how fast you can get in contact with a support team member. I had a question yesterday and i had to wait a whole day for a response. i just think if there was faster communication when making a ticket or have a question. it would help alot.

Response time is poor when in the need of help For someone who doesn't know how to run a server i was excited to see id be able to ask questions whenever. Well I was wrong no one is ever active to help me with my server so I can send a message and have to wait a week for one response just to have to do it again if I have another question.

Expensive with poor performance I think your services are a bit too expensive as a server quickly grows more resource hungry as more people start joining. I’ve had about 10-15 people join my server and with my 10GB subscription it is really struggling. Already when spawn is done being loaded the server is running at 5000-10000ms ping and general lag is present. Other than that the server works great, the console is easy to use, its easy to install plugins and everything is easily accessible.

Superb team of people The people on this team in this case and with all my experiences with them have been very polite and helpful. My Minecraft server was Recently griefed and within the space of about two or three days we reverted it back to an old back up after I couldn't quite figure out how to do so myself. They weren't judgemental or disrespectful, quite the contrary, they were straight to trying to offer solutions and at the end of it they were happy to see it worked out!

The server has lag spikes The server is alright. The Performance is weak. I migrated our minecraft world from a local hosted server to your hosting. Since then we have hard lag spikes about every 5minutes. The world is not the problem.
