Great service and easy to use!! The web server hosting is real easy to understand and how to implement. I had easy time installing new plug-ins to my game and editing the permissions. I would recommend this service to all.

Reliable Web Hosting On A Budget Update: 21/02/24 Customer service response has declined dramatically. I registered a domain recently, it showed as pending for more than 48 hours, I asked in the chat how much longer before my domain would be activated and didn't receive a response until 4 days later. I then waited for 2 more days before raising a ticket and eventually getting a response saying that my domain was now active. This took a week to resolve. I have also now been waiting for a week after requesting a domain transfer code for one of my websites. They've not responded yet. I want to leave. The two stars is because my website is at least still active, but with the extremely poor response time, I'm wondering how much longer that will be the case and if RAMShard is in trouble

Minecraft Server, Excellent Support I had Minecraft server through Ramshard, just little 4gig server for testing plugins / add-ons. Server ran good for me, remember I only use for testing so I had no more then 3 ppl on it, but even with unefficient plugins for java and add-ons for bedrock on the server it ran really good for me. Only reason I cancelled was I have alot down time right now redoing some of add-ons for bedrock, but I'll definitely be back when I'm rdy to host a world again. Btw, Ramshard has option for just about everything Minecraft jar you could get your hands on.

Faster Support Well I like it alot but the only thing i wish would be better is how fast you can get in contact with a support team member. I had a question yesterday and i had to wait a whole day for a response. i just think if there was faster communication when making a ticket or have a question. it would help alot.

Very good customer support Although I have used computers since the 1980's, when it comes to new packages it can be hard work getting to grips with them, as you get older. Kevin has been very supportive and helpful guiding me at times on setting up my MC server. Especially with some bits I seem not to grasp instantly.
