GBproduct i ordered product i ordered - not available..i had to followup 2 to get status - I cancelled order...reason given was supply chain issues. not happy as I finally found hanging lights I liked.

GBthe product looks good but the shipping… the product looks good but the shipping was delayed from the original purchase. I have ordered another fixture but have received a delay response after a few days of placing it. I can't tell if this is always the case or I have ordered the 2 things that don't say back order but they are.

GBbellacor is not a trustworthy company, Do not vuy anything from them.I ordered a bedroom set online,night… I ordered a bedroom set online,night stands arrived first. When the bed got delivered that's where things went wrong. I only received the head board and foot, nothing else. I was missing the mattress support and all 4 posts & metal rails for canopy. I called customer service and they said there was an error on their website and I only ordered the Headboard and foot board and that the other items are purchased separately. So I do order the additional parts to find out they couldn't source them due to supply issues With all that said & time to return everything I was not able to get some of my money refunded since it was past there 30 day refund time. I got screwed out almost $2,500 worst company to ever buy from, buyers beware stay far away from Bellacor. They are many other trustworthy companies to buy your furniture from

GBCS Issue I ordered a bath fixture that said it was in stock when I ordered it. Eventually, I got a nice email saying it was not available at present. I tried to hold off, but in the end had to cancel that and wanted to reorder a different fixture. I asked if I could get the new one ordered and have expedited shipping since I had been waiting for weeks already. I just got a form letter saying a refund had been issued and no mention of anyone helping me to reorder another fixture. I ended up waiting another couple of days to hear back and never did. Not great customer service.
