GBGreat experience! Great experience! My Uttermost stools came quickly and wrapped to prevent any damage. I was missing a stool pad to help with sliding across floor, reached out to Amy Swan my account manager. Within days the piece arrived at my door.

GBCS Issue I ordered a bath fixture that said it was in stock when I ordered it. Eventually, I got a nice email saying it was not available at present. I tried to hold off, but in the end had to cancel that and wanted to reorder a different fixture. I asked if I could get the new one ordered and have expedited shipping since I had been waiting for weeks already. I just got a form letter saying a refund had been issued and no mention of anyone helping me to reorder another fixture. I ended up waiting another couple of days to hear back and never did. Not great customer service.

GBThe customer service rep I had by the name of "Tim" was AWESOME! The customer service rep I had, Tim, was superior in communication, time, and follow-up. He was very helpful even when he had to "pass" my challenge onto a different rep because of the company being "sold" to someone different since I had my original order processed. I was serviced well by the new rep as well. My only concern is my challenge was replacing a glass globe and I was able to do so but was also told there were only 3 left and they were NOT going to be replaced. So, I guess, if I were to accidentally break more than the 3 I ordered, I'm out of luck.

GBAnother Great Lamp! First of all, I received my order within a few short days of my purchase. The lamp was so beautifully protected from transport damage. The quality of the lamp was superb. Even the electrical cord was covered with material to camouflage the ugly cord. This is the third lamp that I have ordered from Bellacor. I am always delighted with my purchases!
