I was hesitant to order after reading about disaster deliveries and even worse problems when trying to make corrections. I felt overwhelmed at first, but Cooper made me feel very comfortable sorting out how to proceed. He was very professional, polite and informative. He really knows his products! GBLowest price guarantee: Don't count on a response. Lowest price guarantee is not responding. Phone call was on hold for over 30 minutes. Live chat cut me off 1st time and took over 30 minutes 2nd time while chat rep "looked into it" with no response. E-mail to US Mattress with competitor advertisement attached was reponded with formated "We'll be in touch as soon as possible". I'm begging to think US Mattress will hope you just give up asking them to match competitor's lower price.

GBGood deal with affordable price I've tried to compare the same product with other businesses. US Mattress offered the best one. I bought their mattresses in 2017 and still use them now.
