I'm begging to think US Mattress will hope you just give up asking them to match competitor's lower price.

Seal the Deal It was reassuring to speak with Tyler the Sales Rep and he answered all my questions like if it was a floor model or a return. The video was very informative and was impressed with the technology and experience Sealy has. Also, it was a bit confusing that the local Mattress Warehouse Store was selling a similar model called the Sealy QueenParada Ultra Firm mattress for $1,399.99 (the discounted price)! Why such a price difference?

A simple Plush vs. Firm mattress diferences would have been fine, but the Automated Answer Machine just leaving New Customers Hanging on Hold, while Irritatingly Repeating the "same message terrible customer service message : Hit 1 to Stay in the Que or Hit 2 for a Call Back!"
