Cooper helped us find a comparable mattress and even price matched so we could purchase our mattress with US Mattress. This is our second purchase with US Mattress and will continue to highly recommend them! Thank you Cooper for your help!

The website was easily yo use The website was easily yo use. The video was informative. I loved the diagram as to how the mattress was constructed and all materials listed that made up the different layers. I also was glad to know of the firm to soft scale and where the mattress fell on that scale. probably the best benefit was the return policy. I have purchased two mattresses that were not returnable so my hope here is that \3rd time is a charm.

Customer Focused! The agent was prompt, curteous, and was able to find out the cause of my order's delay. He offered me a 10% discount or full refund as options. Shows that he valued me as a customer and appreciated my frustrations.

Disappointed all around I was disappointed to learn that US Mattress no longer carries my mattress. So I chose another one, of course three times the price. Again disappointed. In the past US Mattress has always had great quality mattresses at reasonable prices. Apparently they have gone the way of so many others, over charging and under delivering, because 1 day after my order was confirmed I received an email that my order was cancelled: “We cannot ship to New York due to some sales tax issues within our company. Your order has been cancelled.” I’ve never heard of such a thing. And if you cannot deliver to NY why would you not make that clear from the beginning and not waste my time. So I went to my trusty Amazon and found a similar mattress for less than half the price. We’ll see if it’s any good, but at least if it shows up it’ll be better than US Mattress.

Cooper C Cooper C. asked great leading questions in order to help me navigate the options. It's been a long time since we purchased a mattress, and things have really changed! I felt overwhelmed at first, but Cooper made me feel very comfortable sorting out how to proceed. He was very professional, polite and informative. He really knows his products! When I'm ready to order, I'll return to US Mattress and ask for Cooper C!
