I am pleased with the product only wish i got larger than 10 gallons and it’s working well and looks nice in my open living kitchen area; i am in and out of the drawers so far where i have my doggie supplies on the way to the porch—colors would be nice like a ocean blue or turquoise—I’m happy and i was able to put it together myself which is a rarity for sure! I was happy about that!

I bought the vertical folding… I bought the vertical folding containers - cheaply made ripped immediately. The size of the large one doesn't seem to fit anything right - too small for trousers or jumpers but too big for t shirts.

Scam Scam. Ordered the middle size of drawers organizers. Would only fit children’s underwear. Asked for a return. The system calculated posting fees of 143 pounds. Emailed the company. Still waiting for a reply after a week. Planning to go to small claims court. PS after this review, the so called customer service team did get in touch, offering to post the items back, paying for postage (myself) or a refund of 30% of the purchase, keeping the useless items.

Positive and quick customer service experience I purchased some stacking shelves and forgot to purchase my second set because it was buy one get the second half off. I contacted customer service and they immediately refunded half of my purchase price and they ordered the second set of stacking shelves for me. I have never experienced customer service so positive and quick. I am looking forward to these stacking shelves coming in.
