Bedstory is one few beds… Bedstory is one of the few beds I can sleep in with my bad back, that is also available to order online in a box. Super convenient and worth the price. Fast shipping and delivery. There was an exception during shipping but it was shown in tracking exactly what was going on.

The topper is great The topper is great! I knew it was because I was a guest at a friend's home and the guest room had the bedstory mattress it was so comfortable. I had already bought a new mattress so 8 got the topper.

Buyer Beware Bought a mattress with a 10yr warranty, mattress started off decent, then started to sag and lump. Contacted CS who asked for order number, pictures etc… told me give them a day, 3 weeks later and 3 requests for updates no response from CS…. Buyer Beware

I loved the way it felt right away, the thickness is great, and the firmness seemed just right for me. Me. I couldn't wait to get it on my bed. After waiting the 48 hours I was able to get it onto my bed, the straps to attach it are great and super helpful, and it fit perfectly. When I tried laying down on it, I couldn't wait to go to bed because it felt so good! Here's where the problem comes in for me, unfortunately. This mattress pad is way too hot for me. I've been waking up sweating every night, and unable to fall back asleep. It is so comfortable and I wanted to love it so bad, but It just isn't for me. I am a hot sleeper, but I thought this had cooling foam that might make it work for me. It is a great product, but just not for me. I will say that I am super bummed or stressed out I guess trying to handle the return process. It is supposed to go in the original box, but now that it has expanded it is way way too big. I don't own a vacuum sealer like the other reviews are saying. I'm trying to figure out what to do before the return window closes, I will edit this and let you guys know if I figure something out! Service and shipping good, product not so much Service and shipping was all good, however the product doesn't offer any support. Would start out in the evening feeling comfortable, but after a couple of hours from my shoulders to hips the topper compressed to a half inch thickness, and felt like I was laying on the floor. Didn't have the body cradling feeling I was hoping for. Am 6' and 200lbs, and this happened after about 3 weeks. Product also made in china. Would not recommend.
