GBSkeptic I purchased this topper with a considerable amount of skepticism, all doubts have been quelled. This topper has made an old worn-out mattress (literally) feel like a brand new luxury model. I'm highly impressed, it's a winner thank you.

GBThe order confirmation showed the wrong… The order confirmation showed the wrong product was ordered. I sent three different emails pointing this out and received no response about how this could be fixed. The charge went through the day after the order but a month later we still have not received the mattress pad or any response to our emails.

GBFraud alert! No one respond to any of my messages after purchase. Despite receiving queen instead of king did not give any instructions on return. Try to call them before purchasing, no one is going to respond.
