GBEasy online purchase Easy online purchase. However, when picking up the order the two male employees did not know how to properly load my boxed product into my car. They first placed it in a way which would have obstructed the driver's rear view. My daughter and I had to tell them several times how to correctly lay the package down flat. Disappointed about that.

GBEvery time we order they say it takes… Every time we order they say it takes 3-4 days to deliver and one order took a month and the second order is gonna take 3 weeks

GBGood products but really bad customer service One of the items I had ordered was in back order, and the person that called to reschedule my delivery allowed to pick a different item with a price difference. I was told I would be getting a refund. It’s been over a month now, I’ve email bel furniture, I’ve tried contact there accounting department, and delivery department. Can’t get a hold of them.

GBI love the table I bought I love the table I bought! Great price too! My only issue was that I didn’t get a call on the day of delivery with a 3 hour window. I stayed home all day just in case they showed up. They showed up at 8:45pm, much later than I expected. The delivery men had been delayed and there was no text or call made to notify me. The delivery men were apologetic and did a good job of setting it up quickly though.

GBIt’s very annoying to have your sales… It’s very annoying to have your sales people be stalking and not allowing us to look around the store comfortably. I asked Ms Berta to allow me time to look at the furniture that I would call her when I needed her. It was wonderful that she allowed my husband and I to look around at peace and not feel like we were being stalked. Berta was very pleasing & knowledgeable, extremely patient & polite.
