The story of Bel Furniture is one of hard work, determination, integrity and, most importantly, family. Run by two brothers, our company has always sought to deliver the highest quality furniture at the most reasonable price. And our dedication to this mission has paid off — Bel Furniture has become a household name, one that speaks for itself. How is Bel able to offer such great prices? We cut out the middleman. This enables us to pass benefits directly on to our customers, something Bel has strived for from the beginning. And with a customer base that grows by 5,000 each month, these benefits must make the difference. Though its beginnings were humble, Bel Furniture has evolved into one of the foremost furniture retailers in Texas. The company now boasts 20 locations with 3 distributions centers throughout Houston, Corpus Christi and San Antonio. We have a goal of reaching 25 showrooms in Texas over the next two years, and we’re poised to extend our business into adjacent states as well. Bel is also pleased to offer two exclusive lines, the Mollai Collection and the Sara Collection, designed by the owners themselves. But the company’s 400 employees are the real driving force behind Bel’s success. Each member of the Bel Furniture team is valued, respected and trained extensively. Awesome service I found a very nice and affordable living room set. The staff is very nice and patient and he took his time to show me all the showroom and it's sales.

I really love how the items looks after… I really love how the items looks after the box! And really appreciate some of the bigger ones were already installed but boxed up. Some of the smaller ones have to install, but I had no issues with the quality and craftsmanship. They all look better than I expect. Only issue I had about the whole experience is the wait to pick these up and that you can't call ahead or make appointments to get your orders faster or on time.

Good products but really bad customer service One of the items I had ordered was in back order, and the person that called to reschedule my delivery allowed to pick a different item with a price difference. I was told I would be getting a refund. It’s been over a month now, I’ve email bel furniture, I’ve tried contact there accounting department, and delivery department. Can’t get a hold of them.

I felt like I was totally taken care… I felt like I was totally taken care of, start to delivery. Sales rep. Demetrius is very knowledgeable on Bel's product line. I didn't feel pressured, and I left confident that I made the correct furniture selection. Thanks Demetrius and Bel for making buying furniture an enjoyable event. Easy online purchase Easy online purchase. However, when picking up the order the two male employees did not know how to properly load my boxed product into my car. They first placed it in a way which would have obstructed the driver's rear view. My daughter and I had to tell them several times how to correctly lay the package down flat. Disappointed about that.
