I submitted a low quality iPhone photo of my cats to be printed on a 2’ x 3’ custom canvas, and I was shocked and amazed at how beautiful the final product turned out. Aaron worked with me every step of the way—he took the time to improve the quality of the photo so it was suitable for print and made sure I was happy with every last detail before actually printing it. He did all this without me even asking. He was extremely communicative, professional, and friendly. Now that I have the print in my possession, I couldn’t be more stoked, and the cats are proud as heck. I would recommend this service to anyone, and definitely plan to use it again for my favorite photos in the future.

UPDATE: VERY satisfied with customer service The only reason I made a purchase was to get the great hotel deals as promised in their ads. After making my purchase, I got the link to choose which property I want to get the deal from. Prior to purchasing, I was enticed by most of their ads talking about Hawaii properties. But when I look into those, they belong to the *upgrade group. Meaning, they require higher amount to book it. I browsed within the *standard hotel group, but did not find a combination of : four-star hotel with high guest ratings. Most of the properties were 3-star only. I was promised by customer service that they will continue to assist me until I am satisfied with my purchase (or unpurchase). UPDATE: Customer service rendered prompt and appropriate solution. I ordered a personalized canvas of our… I ordered a personalized canvas of our family portrait and Orb did an excellent job with the centering/lighting of the piece. It arrived in just a few days and I even received a text notification of delivery with recommendation to bring the package inside promptly to avoid theft. It was about the same price point of other online canvas offers but the free vacation voucher was the bonus that put it over the top. Great quality canvas. Professional company with excellent communication throughout the process. Will definitely use them again.

Legitimate company Saw an advertisement posted online and decided to try out Orb. Ordered the beautiful picture first, in July, and received 2 one-week vouchers for hotels around the world. Decided on a hotel that was in Vegas so we could visit family during Thanksgiving. Wasn’t sure if it would all work out, but it did! Hotel was very nice and we saved over $1,000 with the vouchers. Very affordable stay. I would recommend Orb and only hope that more hotels get added to their list for the future.

Beautiful images and quality canvases! I received my canvas yesterday and it is beautiful!! Can't wait to hang it up =) We had been looking for a relaxing picture to hang in our bathroom (because you know, one needs to be relaxed while going to the bathroom) and we found the perfect canvas on the Orb.co website "Waves at sunset".The shipping time was pretty fast and the quality is top notch.
