The ability to listen to the audio along with reading the text is a great time saver in terms of finding what you want to listen to. Not 5 stars as still waiting for response on purchased credits . Not sure if this is what I should expect going forward... I've been using Temi for years--and up to the last couple of recent transcriptions, I've been satisfied. Not so with the last couple. Because there are always some mispronounced words, it is pretty common for me to work the transcript while occasionally listening to a specific part of the recording for a word or short phrase. Not so with the last couple of transcripts. It missed major parts of sentences that were clearly annunciated and identifiable when I listened to the recording. Accuracy was highly affected. The back and forth between transcript and listening significantly slowed me down. In short, I did not trust the transcription. I'll give it a few more shots--but if what I experienced in this last transcript is an indication of where the program is headed, it won't be too long before I find a better option.

Temi is my go to automated transcript service I have been using Temi for a couple of weeks now and the transcript is great when I record audio in an environment free of background noise. Better than all of the other automated transcript services I have tried.

You can't beat this service for the price! You can't beat this service for the price. You WILL have to go in an edit afterwards because the machine isn't by any means perfect, but if I provide a quality audio recording for it to work with, the editing time was minimal. I remove all music and just send pure vocal, which I imagine helps. I have a podcast and like to provide a time stamped transcript. It would be unaffordable for me to use a human transcriber, so I am thrilled with Temi!

I confess...I still cannot figure out how to master the mobile app, where my call should go right there. However--I have not given it my due diligence or responded to the offer for help yet. Overall, compared to other similar products, I cannot imagine a better commitment to making the process of transcription easier.
