Ordered two bedsheets for 160 euros and… Ordered two bedsheets for 160 euros and paid for it, bedsheets received with ...... an additional £84.82 charged by FedEx for Duty Tax (£11.37) + VAT Tax (£49.45) + Deferment Processing Fee (£20) + VAT on DPC (£4)! None of these costs advertised on the website. I am really not happy! I will NEVER order again from your website. I hope this comment could be useful to your UK customers.

Returns.: Returns.: I believe you want to sell your items international, then make sure you have a return agent in the country you sent items to. It is very difficult to get unwanted items returned outside EU in time of you refund policy of 14 days. All your items are of good quality and beautiful, however the Kobenhaven series quality is not as good as other series you have, the green is more a black green as a forest green. Might suit some but not me.

I discovered I had spelt my street name incorrectly and sent a message to customer service hoping they would get back to me before the parcel was sent to Australia, where I live. I was do relieved to receive a message the next day to say that my address had been corrected. Excellent customer service as sometimes you don't get a response, especially by the next day. I am sorry I can’t read Danish. I am sorry I can’t read Danish. I had to pay £63 to the delivery agents before my package was delivered. This is probably due to the UK brexit vote (I did not vote leave) and import duties but if you are exporting to the UK you might want to warn people about this.
