GBReturns.: Returns.: I believe you want to sell your items international, then make sure you have a return agent in the country you sent items to. It is very difficult to get unwanted items returned outside EU in time of you refund policy of 14 days. All your items are of good quality and beautiful, however the Kobenhaven series quality is not as good as other series you have, the green is more a black green as a forest green. Might suit some but not me.

FRA way to go out of business online Has bought for 1000s of euros with you and customer service, product, delivery have been excellent. This last order has turned into exactly the order that shows you whether a brand is up to it when things are not straight forward. You delivered napkins called yellow and that should match the Silvia Easter Cloth but they had a completely different yellow so impossible to use. A pick-up was aranged but noone came despite me spending half my holiday in Sweden onlin with your freightforwarder's HQ team in Denmark. I have now brought the napkins with me to France where I live and if they hadn't had such a horrible color i would keep them. I will now have my UPS account pick them up and send them back to you (which will cost more than the napkins) and then according to your customer service get reimbursed by you.
