A pick-up was aranged but noone came despite me spending half my holiday in Sweden onlin with your freightforwarder's HQ team in Denmark. I have now brought the napkins with me to France where I live and if they hadn't had such a horrible color i would keep them. I will now have my UPS account pick them up and send them back to you (which will cost more than the napkins) and then according to your customer service get reimbursed by you.
