Came quicker than expected Came quicker than expected. Platform bed was fairly straightforward to assemble...and the mattress 'unrolling' went just fine. Only improvement would have been white glove service...manhandling my OLD mattresses was the toughest part!

Delivery delays, bad communication We timed our mattress delivery for our move-in and there have been delays, which in themselves can happen. What I do not appreciate is the complete lack of communication about it. It is not normal for me to have to call to know why my mattress hasn't arrived. Every time I call, I get different information as well. I have been sleeping on an air mattress for the past two weeks. This is not what I expected from this company.

Happy with design of new bed frame (a… Happy with design of new bed frame (a little tough getting the 4th pin installed) but Fed Ex delivery person just dropped it on snowy / wet driveway (never came to door to let us know we had a delivery). Also appeared to me that mattress was coming in same shipment but looks like it may not get here until a week or so later.
