GBI've purchased new pillow & case from… I've purchased new pillow & case from this company back in 7/8/2022 order number 3150475 and paid $$105.18. The pillow I received didn't have much cushion and it felt too soft for me, so I wanted to return it for refund. I've called and sent email to the company, no response, so left a complaint on Better Business Bureau, but now its erased or gone. Not sure what happened. Person name Dana reached out to me with return shipping label, so I simply returned the pillow & case that was delivered. Now, company is saying the pillow does not belong to them and cannot issue refund. I will never purchase any pillows from this company as my experience with customer service is terrible.

GBExcellent quality for the price Excellent quality for the price. Cooling effective blankets but yes keep you snuggly warm also every time we love Pillows.com products!!! Excellent birthday present for my disabled son.

GBDream Surrender Firm is NOT equivalent to Dream Surrender Two I ordered the Dream Surrender Firm because the website claimed that it was the exact replacement for the Dream Surrender Two pillow but it wasn’t even close. The Dream Surrender Two was a cluster pillow which I fell in love with while at Embassy Suites. The one I received was one solid piece of polyester. Definitely disappointed .

GBOrder # 3180340 Hi. I typically only provide good reviews but this has been a frustrating and an infuriating experience. I have emailed you multiple times over a number of weeks to return my purchase but have not got a response. I called your 800 number and was directed by a recording to email you. The purchase is unopened and unused. Just feeling and squeezing the pillow in between my hands was enough to confirm that the advertising was false as it did not feel anywhere like the hotel pillow advertised. Please refer to my email and respond with a return label so we can move on from this unfortunate experience. Thank you.
