Excellent Service I just want to share my excellent experience with marble system and it's customer service. I am remodeling my bathroom but unfortunately ran out of St. Laurent marble tiles. Luckily, I found the same one matching the ones I have and ordered via online at Marble System. After few days, they shipped 2 pieces 18x18 tiles on each box with styrofoam. All tiles arrived with excellent condition. Ms. Sophia assisted me all along from verifying my order until it arrived to me. Please don't hesitate to order from them.

The importance of samples I have purchased many samples from MSI and they have done a good job of shipping them to me and following up with tracking. In most cases the product was close to the photos on the website, but the variation in natural stone makes it necessary to see current dye lots. In many cases they are very different than what you might expect. That's why their easy to use sample system is so valuable. I have been pleased with all of the product I have purchased, including some very nice closeout items.
