Bait N Switch Company Ordered a Dorma ED250 operator. Paid for expedited shipping and it took 5 days to receive the wrong operator. Nicholas tells me they provided a comparable equal to what I ordered. I call it bait n switch. You purchase a BMW and take home a KIA. Take your business elsewhere. These on line so called companies with No Listed Phone Numbers are SCAM Artist.

Horrible experience! Horrible experience!! I ordered a part and paid extra to have it shipped 2 day air and it took over a week for them to get up off their lazy cans to even ship it! These people don’t even know the meaning of customer service complete joke. I would suggest go to Deltrex or a company that has a live phone number and people who care about the customer.
