GBSent product not well pictured in …very slow customer service. Sent product not well pictured in add.when I wanted change my order spending more money then they wanted to charge me 35%restock very discourteous attitudes.disabled veteran on tight budget..sad...now you call me 6 months later after I've thrown them away, wow really fast reply.maybe a free replacement would remedy the problem..just a thought.

GBBait N Switch Company Ordered a Dorma ED250 operator. Paid for expedited shipping and it took 5 days to receive the wrong operator. Nicholas tells me they provided a comparable equal to what I ordered. I call it bait n switch. You purchase a BMW and take home a KIA. Take your business elsewhere. These on line so called companies with No Listed Phone Numbers are SCAM Artist.
