Nick's doors... The Best! Well, I have to say that this company stood by there doors and even remade them after a mistake was made in the placement of the knob holes. They remade the doors and were respectful and polite to me at every step along the way... Liz was most helpful and the costumer service manager was calm, thoughtful and address the problem right away. The doos look fantastic. I highly recommend Nick's doors to anyone having doors made for you new house project or old house project! A+++

Less than reasonable customer service I haven’t received the door yet, so I’ll rate the company on customer service only. I was disappointed that I couldn’t talk about any changes to the door, no matter how small, without listening to the company line, “that’s custom, 4 to 6 extra weeks and double the price”. Should you have to double the price of the door just to lower a hinge or remove some of the decorative iron? Very frustrating. On the other hand, everyone was pleasant and very receptive when I needed the invoice resent.

Unhappy customer Purchased the Sunrise mahogany door in May 2015 for my new construction house. Closed on the home in Dec. 2015 and shortly thereafter noticed that all 16 panes of double pane glass were leaking and causing them to become cloudy on the inside. Have been trying for years to come to a resolution with Nick's, but have been unsuccessful.

I’ve had my door from Nick’s 5+ years… I’ve had my door from Nick’s 5+ years now and ordering another one for a different exterior opening. Could not be happier with the performance of the first one. It is such a solid and secure door and jamb. The door is a little exposed but has held up excellently against the elements. Finish is still in excellent shape. Can’t beat the top quality at a reasonable price. Looking forward to another one for my front entry.

The price and selection were far better than anything I was able to find with local companies. The ordering and billing process were seamless, and they followed up with me regularly to update me on the completion date. I am thrilled with the quality of the door, finish, and glass. Highly recommended.
