However, I was able to see Interior Decorators were using them so that had to mean something. Overall, I am satisfied and would use them again.

GBExcellent Customer Service Excellent customer service. Had a small issue with our delivery and they promptly fixed it. Their communications via email were steady and they got back with me within minutes/hours or my notes. Will definitely order from them again!

FANTASTIC selection at ALL price points there is virtually something fabulous for all. No tax, free shipping. I found all 5 items I have been looking at for a remodel less than any other site including Walmart and Target.

GBI wouldn’t even give them a 1 star I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. I work in the customer service industry myself and I am absolutely appalled by the way this has been handled. Purchased two barstools from them. They sent out one of the stools to me without any notification of any items being sent out. So when I received it I figured the other would show up after the first so I emailed them and asked when the other will arrive and they said the second one was now a back order item (if an item shows in stock it must be sent out in timely manner you cannot change it to back order once ordered) and would be available June unbelievable what do you do with one barstool? Had I known that I would have just canceled the order. So then I was stuck with one chair that I had already thrown the box away. I had to purchase a box with my own money to send the barstool back. I sent it out says delivered to the return address they gave me. Emailed about where the refund is and said they still need two weeks and I get my refund then absolutely unprofessional all around. They messed this up they should make it right I need my refund asap. UPDATE: they did issue my refund so I have edited the review but they did not acknowledge that the issue was directly their fault and due to poor customer service.

GBExcellent Customer Service First time customer and was very worried. It turned out to be a superb experience. Bought 4 dining chairs but one had a crack. Emailed them the picture on the same night and they responded the next day, agreeing to send a replacement chair. Received the chair few days later. This is exceeding my expectation. Very impressed.
