GBWorkmanship was Topnotch For being custom made, the cover arrived in reasonable time. The quality of the Elite cover was excellent. The measurements were exactly to specifications and fit our table perfectly. The extra clinch straps for around two of the table legs will be a great help in keeping the cover in place during windy days. Very pleased.

GBOutdoor Furniture Covers by Coverstore These outdoor furniture covers are made of high quality waterproof fabric material and of heavy gauge fabric. You have the added benefit of secure tie downs, waterproof enclosures and venting. Yes, they lean towards the expensive side however, you can be sure these covers will handle all the seasonal environments and last for many years with proper care. Also, their customer service promptly answers your questions either by phone or email. I highly recommend this company for quality service, products and prompt shipping. Sincerely, Julie P

GBAWFUL EXPERIENCE I should have looked here before purchasing from Coverstore. I ordered a cover for a grill. Returned only to discover that I had to pay $13 shipping to return, and the they subtracted their shipping and taxes from my total refund even though I didn't even open the package. The refund for my $52 order was $29. I will NEVER order from this company again! Not when there's Amazon Prime and other companies with much better return policies.

GBThere measurements on the cover There measurements on the covers when ordering are not accurate. All to large. I measured 3 times. So I had to pay shipping back of course. I love losing money for no reason.

GBExceptional quality and products, not so great customer service I ordered Prestige Collection custom covers for our patio set with 9 pieces ($1100+ order). The quality of the covers is exceptionally nice with sturdy materials, draw strings, and buckles. I feel confident that these covers will stand the test of mid-Atlantic winters. I'm very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and the covers that were shipped to me and would recommend this to other customers. Had two issues during ordering and shipping. First the credit card company flagged the Coverstore authorization as potential fraud and declined the charge. I verified the charge and then initiated the call to Coverstore for their customer care team to retry authorization. I needed to make a couple of calls to get this straightened out. The customer care team clearly didn't have a script for this situation and it was a game of 21-questions to get it resolved. Second issue: The custom covers were manufactured and shipped from China in two packages. I received three packages in total including the storage bags which were shipped from TX. It isn't obvious on the web site that they shipped two packages from Asia using two different tracking numbers. The first package arrived right away but the second package was delayed in transit to UPS but the status tracker was not at all clear. It appeared that the package was lost in transit. Again, I contacted the customer service team by both phone and email to track the missing package. The customer care team was rude and absrasive and it was pretty clear that they were annoyed that I was calling. $1100 in covers seemingly lost, who wouldn't call?! Coverstore owners or Sr. management needs to take note of the poor performance of the customer care team. It's clearly a leadership issue. They seem ill equipped to handle common issues and haven't been trained to communicate with customers in a non-condescending attitude.
