CAGas line for BBQ Had a gas line run from the basement to the backyard for our new Weber Spirit II. Two gents were in and out in about an hour, and the installation seems flawless (not an expert). Also gave me tips on how to break-in and maintain the grill - would definitely give them future business!

AUSpent a few weeks doing the research… Spent a few weeks doing the research and shopping around in July for a $10k outdoor kitchen. Chose Barbeques Galore and was told it would be a month for delivery (mid August), then was told mid October, now I call up today (early Sept) only to be told it's now going to be December (if it turns up at all). If I hadn't have called I'd be waiting until mid October to find this out. Don't deal with these guys if it isn't in stock - no people skills whatsoever. No idea what the quality of the kitchen would have been like as we didn't actually receive it, but based on some of the comments below re warranty I'm thinking maybe we dodged a bullet now.

AUBarbeques Galore - Incompetent at best Placed an online order for a very expensive bbq, was sent the incorrect item. I had to chase up eta for the correct swap over no less than 5 times! At no stage did Barbeques Galore call me to rectify the situation. It took 6 weeks for this incompetent company to resolve an issue that they created. But wait, there is more.. they send the correct bbq but don’t pick up the wrong one.. I will never shop here again after this experience. I understand mistakes can happen however this situation should have been dealt with immediately and made a priority, especially considering the amount of money spent. 6-8 weeks is ridiculous. If you’re looking for a bbq and another company stocks it, do yourself a favour, buy there instead.

AUBought Kamado Joe- waiting 3 months and… Bought Kamado Joe- waiting 3 months and still they have not delivered the ikamand and cover. This is despite these products being available at other stores. When I made a complaint , they cancelled my order, suggested i was being difficult and advised i should buy it online and hung up. Id suggest buy a big green egg from someone else as bbq galore have exclusive distribution of kamado joe and the service ive experienced from them has been completely unsatisfactory.
