GBDo not use Framebridge for unique art, they may destroy it. I do not like leaving negative reviews. I had several pieces framed by Framebridge. Unfortunately with very mixed results. Some of them came out reasonably well, although not flawless. However two unique art pieces were in fact destroyed by Framebridge and the company casually offered a refund, not truly appreciating the damage. I will not use their service -which is not exactly cheap- again

GBOutstanding in all aspects: product and service!! Outstanding in all aspects. I never write reviews, but a great company deserves praise and respect. Especially these days when online services can be so poorly supported from a customer service perspective. I've ordered many things from Framebridge including two pieces of artwork for my twin's nursery and the quality is outstanding. Additionally, the customer service when I've had questions or needed special requests, has always exceeded my expectations. You can tell this a company that values the experience of the consumer from start to finish. Thank you for filling my home with beautifully framed art and cherished memories. Keep doing what you're doing!

GBNever again! 07/28/22 Slow order fulfillment and delivery Review by Anonymous UserDo not waste your time or your money with this company. They will give you an unrealistic shipping time, then drag their heels on fulfilling your order. The customer service people are nice enough, but cannot get anything expedited for you. The "happiness guarantee" on their website, "If you’re not 100% happy with your order for any reason, let us know and we’ll make it right," is an outright lie. If I could give zero stars, I would! The framed print I ordered is a gift that will not be delivered in time for the occasion. Use Mpix! They have never let me down.

GBDo not send original artwork/items that… Do not send original artwork/items that you could not bear to lose. My first order went well, so I sent another original painting. The packing materials were just like two giant pieces of cardboard folded and taped with the painting inside, unlike a flat box I got for the first order. My husband joked that it looked so vulnerable to damage, when we were bringing it to the UPS. Sadly, the nightmare came true. The package got lost (or damaged.. nobody provided an answer.) at a UPS center on the same day we dropped it off. It has been three weeks, but the UPS still cannot locate the package or provide any explanation. The framing service is relatively cheap, if losing an irreplaceable item/artwork is not your concern.
