CATOTAL SCAM TOTAL SCAM. I placed an order from Canada as they said they ship here, and I paid for it. After a while I asked about it and I did actually get a reply to say they don't ship internationally (completely contrary to the website). Now that I have requested a refund my emails bounce back and their chat bot is useless. Ironically their website also says there are real people there but there most definitely ARE NOT!

GBNice product poor communications Ordered Oct. 31st - after calling to check on status finally got the order mid-December and then it did not even come with the fuel - that shipped seperate and did not arrive for a couple days. Thinking if I had never called it never would have shipped! Poor instructions too.

JMNo refund. Ordered logs over a month ago. They did t have them in stock and back order was a long wait. I asked for a refund. After several calls and emails, I still don’t have my refund. Poor customer services.
