I ordered a fireplace and never got it I ordered a fireplace and the ethanol to go with it on Sept. 19 and I have been trying to contact them for the past week. Nobody answers the phone or calls back and the emails are blocked and returned, even the reply button on their confirmation email of my order. They took my money, but have not been able to get my order or cancel the order. I believe they may be a scam site.

Stay away from vendor My order kept being push out to the point I ask for a refund. I have been waiting for months for that refund. No follow up from client services and the chat bot is of no use. I say: Do not buy.

TOTAL SCAM TOTAL SCAM. I placed an order from Canada as they said they ship here, and I paid for it. After a while I asked about it and I did actually get a reply to say they don't ship internationally (completely contrary to the website). Now that I have requested a refund my emails bounce back and their chat bot is useless. Ironically their website also says there are real people there but there most definitely ARE NOT!

Nice product poor communications Ordered Oct. 31st - after calling to check on status finally got the order mid-December and then it did not even come with the fuel - that shipped seperate and did not arrive for a couple days. Thinking if I had never called it never would have shipped! Poor instructions too.
