CAExcellent Customer Service Thanks to Steve Kraft, now at the Brampton location, our Tasco experience has been excellent. We have dealt with Steve over the course of 5 years, first to purchase several major appliances, and then in relation to a warranty replacement of one of those appliances. On all occasions, Steve has provided excellent customer service. He listens to our needs/issues and offers suggestions/direction suited to what we require. He has always been available and responsive, and, when needed, gets back to us in a timely fashion. His follow-through and follow-up have been great, as is the information he provides. Our experience with him has been that we will be supported, and that he cares about us as customers. We also have been very happy with the appliances, warranty experience, and installers. All of this makes us feel secure about our purchases, and will bring us back to Tasco in the future.

CAGood product and initial experience -terrible service Nice showroom experience , good sales people , good selection of brands and price points. Good options for delivery, installation, financing. Sadly, I forget this by the end of the experience as the service is terrible. 3 weeks late. Very little if any communication .Had to take a morning off work just to go to the showroom to get an update on deliver/install. If you get lucky and get good service -great. If not, expect bumpy service

CAOne month wait for dishwasher sucked One month wait for dishwasher sucked. However the technician that came to install Andreas was awesome. Had old dishwasher out, new one installed and taken away in no time. Stellar performance by installation tech. He also took the time to explain that the water shut off valve was a bit sketchy so we are able to replace it before and issue comes up. Five star rating for the tech.

CABosch fridge from Tasco died after 3 months. We purchased a Bosch fridge from Tasco and the Bosch Fridge died after 3 months. We are now without a fridge for 7 weeks and no repair or replacement in sight. Very little help from Tasco and thus very disappointed in the after care provided. The fridge is under 5 year warranty. Difficult to get consistent follow up with Tasco and Bosch.

CATasco is absolutely the worst company I… Tasco is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a fridge last May, finally got it delivered in November (while being pressured to pay in full well before they knew anything about an actual delivery date) and lo and behold, the fridge is a disaster. Doors not aligned, crispers don’t slide in and out, ice dispenser issues. One guy finally came and replaced the main door and actually made the situation worse. Dealing with TASCO, Whirlpool, JC Services and Appliance Pros, all for the same fridge, has been horrible. No ownership of issues, no continuity with service people and a complete lack of coordination has been the problem from Day 1. NEVER buy from TASCO. They are order takers at best.
