Fast shipping, no customer service I was very impressed at how fast the shipping was and how well the PTAC units were packaged. The condition was as described, meaning the A rated units were obviously used with touch up paint but they looked good once installed (just don't look to closely). The reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star (considered a 3 star) was because of the customer service. I needed some clarification on the specific units that were shipped out to me. I called and the person that answered was unable to answer my question. She said I would receive a call back but 5 days later I have yet to hear from them. I hope I don't have any issues... I am not confident I will be taken care of.

Great prices and great warranty service Okay I ordered a refurbished PTAC at a great price and it was delivered on time but the unit failed within 5 days. I filed warranty support and they were prompt and within 24 hours had a replacement unit shipped free of charge. Now that service! It's been a week and still running so we'll see how this unit goes, stay tuned.

The company does not care about its… Their customers The company does not care about its customer. I ordered a unit it took them 12 days to get it shipped out of the warehouse and get it to me. Leaving Tennessee going to southern Indiana. It’s a five hour ride. They ignored me. They push me off and they do not care. I will never deal with this company again all they do is ignore you. I had to call three times and emailed them three times in a row to get a response from these people and all they do is blow me off.
