There have been one or two problems however but the Caplor Team and tried really hard to set things right and we have appreciated their help and commitment to sort out the problem efficiently and well.

Parked on a pedestrian crossing not… Parked on a pedestrian crossing not allowing access for wheelchairs or pushchairs almost causing multiple accidents for pedestrians having to cross on unsafe parts of the road. Your vehicle has not only been parked here for a small amount of time it has been here since Friday evening and it is now Sunday evening! Number plate WP66 LGU. Suggest you have a few words with your workers about where they park because this is very unsafe for disabled, elderly and family’s.

Had to put one star as would not let me… Had to put one star as would not let me write a review otherwise. Worth zero stars. Total failure of service by your company after initial visit about 6 months ago. Chasing had no effect whatsoever. You have left me without generation from solar panels losing me many hundreds of pounds. Why did you bother to inspect if you did not intend to follow up by carrying out the simple repair required. All that is needed is replacement of two connectors where the old ones burnt out. Caplor's response does not help. This is not the way to treat a customer, why waste time visiting and inspecting the installation, promise a further visit, then fail to answer all calls and emails. Caplor deserve bad publicity.

Air source heat pump into a challenging cottage Caplor have installed an air source heat pump in our old quirky cottage beset with ancient plumbing, variable calibre pipes and uneven masonry. Grant and Ryan have done a fantastic job, overcoming all these obstacles, and creating a system that works very well. They respected the property, left no mess, and put in many extra hours to get the job done, with good humour and not a word of complaint. Ours was a difficult install, successfully completed. I recommend them highly

The go to installers The installation of our air source heat pump (ASHP) went flawlessly from initial discussion to after care service. Knowledgeable, competitively priced with complete clarity, timely and clean work. The after care was very good with questions answered and help offered when needed. I think Caplor energy are more than worth considering. Well done Caplor team.
