Two decades of awesome product I've been buying BillyKirk for just over twenty years: bags, wallets, smaller cases. I love their stuff because it never looks fussy or ornate, and it can take real, everyday, use. The quality and timeless style of BK products has been consistent over two decades, and finally, everything is made here in the US and holds up over time.

Good stuff Quickly after placing an order, I emailed them asking whether I could make a change. I received a prompt, accommodating response. The items were gifts that I was happy to give.

Waiting on refund I had a wallet of theirs for 10 years. I went to purchase another one as a gift and I didn’t like it at all (leather was thin/hard/and much poorer quality than before!) I started a return through the website and sent the wallet back. I haven’t received a refund and all of my emails to customer service have gone unanswered. There is no working phone number to contact the company. Do not recommend this company at all.

My first, but not my last! My first bag is the tote in hunter green, but it will certainly not be my last! Well made, good materials, good price, and fast shipping. I can't wait to pick my next Billykirk!
