GB4 stars and I am being pretty generous... So 4 stars I am being pretty generous. purely based on the product. the trouble is with everything else with the business. like other people have said it took 2 weeks to receive item. the website is useless to try and contact. I emailed for tracking but nothing. I tried calling goes straight to a voicemail. eventually after a week I received a tracking number that came from DHL also I never received the "Free" shirt. maybe I should give 3 stars. But the lederhosen are quality real leather and soft. overall not a scam but poor communication or really zero communication. they run small order a size up. I am a 34" waist and ordered a 52 EU and that fits great

GBIf there was an option for zero stars I… If there was an option for zero stars I would pick it. I can't review the product because I have not received it it has been over a week since I placed order and nothing no tracking number no responses to my email wont answer phone I will never order from them again

GBHigh quality leather. Great product High quality leather and stitching. Not a cheap set…it’s great quality. I was a little concerned after the purchase because i did not receive a email to confirm the purchase details. I was not able to reach anyone via phone or get a response after email requests. However, i did get a DHL tracking number a few days later with no information confirming what it was for. The shipment came from Pakistan instead of New York. The company is addressed in New York but seems to be shipping from Pakistan. All that being said…they delivered a fantastic product in less time than expected and I am very satisfied. If they can improve their customer feedback process they will be very successful.

GBWays to improve The shoes and socks are great, however there were black smudges on one of the shoes. Your contact info could use some improvements and the phone number on the website does not work. I was not sure if my order was accepted as the only email I got was the auto generated one. I only got confirmation when I received an email a week later that my order was shipped. A way to track the order might be better. I am not complaining but list these things for your improvement.
