Poor communication I have requested tracking information on my order. I will as told multiple times that the package was out for delivery but they still haven’t provided tracking information or even what carrier. I haven’t received anything from them. UPDATE Finally received tracking. DHL delivered. Nice and good quality lederhosen.

Ways to improve The shoes and socks are great, however there were black smudges on one of the shoes. Your contact info could use some improvements and the phone number on the website does not work. I was not sure if my order was accepted as the only email I got was the auto generated one. I only got confirmation when I received an email a week later that my order was shipped. A way to track the order might be better. I am not complaining but list these things for your improvement.

Worried for no reason I was a bit worried after placing the order. Order my Lederhosen late Tuesday night. I got a half-assed Paypal confirmation when I paid with a credit card. No tracking or updates but my lederhosen was waiting for me when I got home from work on Monday. Looks awesome and fits great. The shirt ran a little smaller but it fits. I am thinking about ordering another for my kid.

good quality, order a size up The Lederhosen is good quality. Be sure to measure the waist and order next size up. I wasn't able to exchange my 54s for a 56, but I adapted to make it fit. Ships directly from Pakistan, so allow 3 - 4 weeks. Easy to confuse Lederhosenwears.com with Lederhosenstore.com website. I was led on then stonewalled trying to get an exchange. Perhaps I should not have ordered direct from the website, but rather, ordered through Amazon in order to get better service. What others write is true...no order number or confirmation and PayPal reciept was not accepted as proof of purchase. Good product, but poor customer service.

ZERO customer service I'd like to say that customer service was bad, but there was ZERO customer service. Multiple emails not returned, and repeated phone calls went unanswered and straight to an individual's voice mail. Shoes and socks fit, the XXXL shirt fits like a medium, and the lederhosen run small. Good luck trying to return anything, as it appears that everything originates in Pakistan. All of this seems to be a pattern from the reviews I subsequently read. Buyer beware....go to a more reputable place to buy. This site is a brutal
