ZERO customer service I'd like to say that customer service was bad, but there was ZERO customer service. Multiple emails not returned, and repeated phone calls went unanswered and straight to an individual's voice mail. Shoes and socks fit, the XXXL shirt fits like a medium, and the lederhosen run small. Good luck trying to return anything, as it appears that everything originates in Pakistan. All of this seems to be a pattern from the reviews I subsequently read. Buyer beware....go to a more reputable place to buy. This site is a brutal

CAUTION!! Likely a scam , have not received what I ordered I have not received what I ordered and am still waiting for any confirmation, status update, tracking number, shipping report, etc... from this store. All that has happened is that my credit card was charged. I have reached out to support via email, their chat, etc with not response. This is likely a scam....be wary and use another vendor.

I was skeptical after placing my order I was skeptical after placing my order. No confirmation, no tracking number, so I reached out and finally got a response almost 2 weeks later. At that point I received a DHL tracking number. When the items arrived, I was surprised at the great quality. Wore mine 2 straight days at Oktoberfest and they were sturdy and comfortable. I highly suggest going 1-2 sizes larger than you actually are. 5 stars for the quality but 4 stars total because of the lack of communication and it took 3 weeks to arrive, not the 6-10 days it claimed on the website.

Really bad experience Really bad experience, I ordered Herren Bavarian German Lederhosen Brown, they took more than 15 working days to ship the shipment out, I had to send multiples emails to get response. At the end I had to cancel as they couldn't deliver the shipment on time. They informed that they will refund my money, after several emails, I didn't receive respone or my money back. If there was an option for zero stars I… If there was an option for zero stars I would pick it. I can't review the product because I have not received it it has been over a week since I placed order and nothing no tracking number no responses to my email wont answer phone I will never order from them again
