He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the different options for mattresses. The materials used to make the mattresses are top of the line and they are worth every penny! We bought a king size Dahlia Hypurgel Firm mattress and it's like sleeping on a cloud. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for a great experience and helping my husband and I pick the best mattress we ever slept on! We will be back to buy pillows. :)

After one night on this bed... After one night on this bed, I can say it was a delight! Can't wait to fully adjust. The team who brought it in and set it up did a great job, were fastidious, and did well getting it in (tight turns). The only bad thing was the sheets we also ordered 2 weeks ago when we purchased the mattress are "on backorder". No heads up (which is why this isn't a "5"), which would have been nice to be able to plan how we would sleep on it our first night. There is very little "aroma" from the mattress, which is what we had hoped for (one of us is sensitive to strong aroma, especially chemically ones). The mattress cover was helpful in suppressing that last, lingering bit.

Listened and executed I ordered the Dahlia, they called the next business day to let me know there was an issue with inventory. They offered me options and delivery was a call and set up within 10minutes. No pressure sales in the store, had my preferences stored since I had visited before. In store communication and customer service was great!
