Excellent product and Company My new swing arrived quickly, and was packaged extremely well. The only issue I had putting it together was when I did not follow the directions. My bad! Customer Service is great. I would absolutely recommend this company and the swing.

Great Customer Service caused me to purchase here We needed a piece of furniture to go with the set we got from my Dad. I contacted Outdoor Furniture Plus and talked to John. My heavens he is a great customer support person. The footstool seemed too low so he found me some other choices. I would give them 5 stars but their search features could be better—for example utilizing spelling correction or alternate search terms.

Very Efficient I ordered this Head board thinking it could be several weeks, it arrived in 3 days it’s perfect for our Lakehome cabin themed bedroom. We did have it arrive un finished, we perferred it that way and it was packaged nicely. Easy to assemble! We definitely will order additional pieces to complete our room.

Great service, quality products! I saw iron patio chairs by Woodard, online, that I really liked and they were not available in my area to go and try. Outdoor Furniture Plus had the best price for 2 of them so I called and spoke to a representative who was so wonderful and gave me lots of extra information which reassured me they would be a good choice. They arrived in less than a month, perfectly and safely packed and communication throughout the process was outstanding.
