My package has been 12 days late My package has been 12 days late. I had to follow up with FedEx and the shipper. It was hard to reach them over the phone as the automated answering kept saying due to high volume of calls no one is available to answer. After one week calling and emailing I finally got the answer that my package was lost. It hasn’t bern an easy process to solve issues with this company so I won’t buy from them again! They weren’t willing to gaurantee the shipping time and they weren’t even eager to do it! No flexibility.

Customer service was great Customer service was great! We received the TV stand with damage from shipping and customer service promptly resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Other than the damage and the color being slightly off from what we expected, we love the TV stand. We bought the gray wash and it was more of a taupe.

Great customer service & Beautiful desk Great customer service! My package came with a wrong part, and I wasn’t able to finish building my desk. But customer service responded to my email so quickly and handled everything well. The desk itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly as expected. Sturdy, strong, and seems reliable! It is extremely heavy though despite it coming in two packages, so have a friend help you.

Overall Review Delivery time: excellent Delivery condition: excellent Assembly: Quick and easy. However, some of the pre-drilled holes did not align well with the screws. Looks: matched our decor and room colors well. Two of the shelves had scratches. We put them as the highest and lowest shelves respectively to hide the scratches. Overall impression: Study, easy to assemble, arrived in good condition, and looks good in our home. Would purchase again.
