Looks great and practical for our needs in an entry The delivery came a day before it was expected, and the box was in good shape, always a good sign. We were able to assemble it, although getting the drawer slides/glides was the most difficult. I would have loved a more detailed explanation added to the pictures. Once I corrected my errors, the drawers fit perfectly...nothing like 'reading' the pictures more carefully.

Excellent Customer Service via Telephone We purchased an outdoor patio heater. During shipping one of the wheels incurred damage. We love the heater but due to the damage we couldn't move it around on our patio. We had difficulty receiving service from Belleze through their website support or through email; totally unresponsive. However, once we contacted them via telephone we were quickly satisfied with the service.
