They were very helpful through the order process, delivery and with questions I had during the installation. Once we finished the installation, we've been extremely happy with the outcome and the choice we made buying from Modular Closets. Great experience at every level The design team was quick, knowledgeable and professional. After a final as built measurement of the closet, minor adjustments were needed to the dimensions. Those were completed in hours. All materials arrived as promised and everything was perfect. Packaging was sufficient in all aspects to ensure there was no damage. Assembly was quick and straight forward. During assembly we damaged a component which arrived the very next day after a brief phone call. Really can’t say enough about the excellent experience we had with Modular Closets. Great job all and thanks. Steve

Vista Tower Closet Addition Great Tower for a walk in closet. Ordering and delivery went smoothly with no problems. Easy to assemble, and fastened into wall studs securely. Nice quality addition utilizing wall space for folded clothes.

The whole experience was wonderful The whole experience was wonderful. From the designer, who helped build my dream closet, and never complained no matter how many times we changed the design. To the packaging and quality of the closets Again packaging is huge, they shipped from NJ I believe, all the way to idaho, and not a single item was damaged. Delivered very quickly as well. I think only 2 weeks wait time . The closets are 3/4 inch thick .very durable, especially compared to other companies that are only 1/2 or 1/4 inch thick. Super easy to put together as well. I could not be happier. I would recommend modular Closets to anyone and everyone.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience… Couldn’t ask for a better experience with Modular Closets right from the start dealing with Jack Berger on design, fast shipping in which all boxes were received in excellant condition, full assembly instructions which were easy to understand. Most of all the quality of their product is second to none, VERY impressed. Did have a small issue with a part that we had to illicit customer support and the support unit was as flawless as the product and delivery . Would definitely recommend Modular Closets, giving them a 10 star, A+ rating.
