The product is robustly-built The product is robustly-built. I would have preferred a french cleat system (like IKEA's) where you hang the cleat level, then attach the cabinet. That makes hanging easier and would allow you to hit multiple studs more easily. I was lacking some screws in the packages. There was also one wrong instruction: You need the supplied "Euro screws" to attach the sliders into the cabinet, not the pictured countersink screws. Overall, I am happy.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience… Couldn’t ask for a better experience with Modular Closets right from the start dealing with Jack Berger on design, fast shipping in which all boxes were received in excellant condition, full assembly instructions which were easy to understand. Most of all the quality of their product is second to none, VERY impressed. Did have a small issue with a part that we had to illicit customer support and the support unit was as flawless as the product and delivery . Would definitely recommend Modular Closets, giving them a 10 star, A+ rating.

overall we LOVE the system overall we LOVE the system . the main issue we had was with the missing install directions for adding the feet to the wall system - you cannot properly add the kick plates once hung on the wall & no where in any of the mounting / install directions does it say that . so ours are not connected properly - they are just sitting on the floor & it defeats the purpose really
