Quality is beyond anything you can view on line. Service was quick, product arrived in a short period of time. To say it met my expections is beyond great. My ottoman is gorgeous and made of great quality. I would definetly recommend Duhome, Inc for any of your decorating needs.. I'm certainly going to order another ottoman soon.

In love with my new Santa Fe Stackable Chairs! I am so happy with my purchase of gunmetal bistro chairs that I just placed a second order for a total of 8 stacking chairs. They are beautiful and I can already see how durable they are and how well they will hold up...I needed extra seating for parties/holidays and these will be perfect.They did come with just a little bit of paint scratches, but easily fixed with touch-up paint if you feel necessary, but I think it just adds to the rustic charm for my french industrial style dining room. An extra bonus that I live within a couple hours of their warehouse, so I received them the very next day after ordering!

The hardware included with the chairs… The hardware included with the chairs were incorrect. I emailed the service desk and received a very quick response by email My attempt to contact someone by phone was useless as I never got an answer only response that phone was unavailable I tried maybe three times to reach someone on the phone. But as I indicated earlier , I received a very quick email response. I have yet to receive replacement product so I hope the replacement is correct
