The only reason I can't give a 5-star rating... One of the set of 2 chairs I ordered was unusable due to the holes being misaligned where the legs attached. That's why I didn't rate 5 stars. However, customer service was prompt and courteous and worked with me to resolve the issue in a very timely manner. If I receive my replacement chair as promised, I will not hesitate to order from them again and to recommend to others.

Good chairs bad customer service Good chairs, bad customer service. I ordered two chairs. One was defect, they promised to replace it within a few days, but then nothing happened. Now 2 months later I am still trying to get that promised replacement and its always the same. I write an email I get the feedback that its in progress and then nothing happens.

Fixed my issue Foreign company not easily reachable. Package damaged in delivery. Can only be seemingly returned in said damaged package. Goods received damaged. I need a refund basically. Changed rating since when I did get a hold of them they were super nice and responsive*
