Accurate, Good Quality, Fast The custom piece was accurate and looks as pictured. The process doe creating was fun because I could see how the product would look with my customization. The quality is good, but a bit pricey. The completion and shipping time were very quick. I hope that this will be a a meaningful piece for a special milestone birthday. I would definitely recommend and use Chatterboxwalls again.

Awsome Wall Art and more Having come across Chatterbox about a week before Christmas I thought there was no way I could purchase a custom wall art piece with lyrics to Maybe I’m Amazed by Paul McCartney from a company in the UK. I did choose expedited shipping ($20.00) and was very happy with the order updates and can see the real time process of the order. My order was delivered on time and a couple of days before Christmas. I would highly recommend looking into Chatterbox for great gift ideas.

I'm waiting for a return postage… I'm waiting for a return postage sticker to return the item. The item was incomplete and wrong and I want a refund and return postage so I can send it back. Very disappointed in your service.

Would buy again. Product was made and shipped in a timely manner. Would like to share pictures but the items contain names on them that wish not to be made public. Great gift idea for any occasion. Only complaint is the cost is a bit high considering the frame is particle board. Product is well constructed though. Thanks again!

Terrible dishonest service - money lost and no delivery Terrible service - ordered 2 items for a pet cremation and paid upgraded fast postage - one arrived, one didn't. They told me it was lost in the system even though Royal Mail tracking showed they had not even given the parcel to Royal Mail! They then said as a 'goodwill gesture' they would ship it out next day again - a week later no canvas 2 weeks after purchase! Very dishonest - I emailed asking for refund on the item and extra postage paid and they are basically ignoring me! They'll pocket your money and not deliver, take away your rights to a refund by shipping out another which doesn't arrive either!
