Anniversary gift done right! First, expedited delivery came fast across seas to the US. My order was in incredible detail with the picture and text exactly how I wanted it on the canvas. The material is strong and was able to be framed easily with no issues. My wife loved it and I definitely will order again.

Fedex failed to deliver to the correct… Fedex failed to deliver to the correct address. People at chatterboxwalls managed to convince Fedex to deliver to the correct address.

Terrible dishonest service - money lost and no delivery Terrible service - ordered 2 items for a pet cremation and paid upgraded fast postage - one arrived, one didn't. They told me it was lost in the system even though Royal Mail tracking showed they had not even given the parcel to Royal Mail! They then said as a 'goodwill gesture' they would ship it out next day again - a week later no canvas 2 weeks after purchase! Very dishonest - I emailed asking for refund on the item and extra postage paid and they are basically ignoring me! They'll pocket your money and not deliver, take away your rights to a refund by shipping out another which doesn't arrive either!

Better than expected! I had a sweet poem about the meaning of my Sister’s name done in Calligraphy style on the parchment background with very nice corner borders and a black frame. It turned out beautifully and was delivered quickly! My Sister loves it! I’ll be using Chatterbox again!
