Safe & Vault Store is the BEST! When my husband and I were looking for safes, we visited a local safe store in addition to searching online for finding the best fit for our needs. We kept coming back to the Safe & Vault Store online site. Not only do they have a huge inventory of safes, they have very complete descriptions on the safes. Also, Safe & Vault Store have great information on Safe FAQ's and shipping options. Once we pretty much made up our mind on the safes we were interested in, I placed a phone call to Safe & Vault Store and reached Brandon. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the logistics of a complicated delivery with a long driveway and living on a cul-de-sac. Brandon also recommend a safe mover that worked out exceptionally. Brandon was always there when we needed a question answered and afterwards with changing the vault security code. I can't express how pleased we are with our safe transactions with Safe & Vault Store. We give Brandon a Five Star Rating as well!

Products have been good however first… Products have been good however first order I did I got the tactical walls and all the accessories for it. They sent the wrong hooks too much of a nightmare to try to return so I just bought more hooks got the right ones second time around. Other then that biggest complaint is shipping you’ll wait a month or more to get your items.

Tons of Experience! I stumbled across Safe & Vault during the recent Christmas holidays while visiting others in Spokane Valley. Fortunate for me. I went in to ask a simple question, but admittedly got sidetracked by all the different safes they had. (I didn’t know there were so many variations.) I did get my question answered, and since then decided to order from them. No complaints from me and I would do business with them again.
