Chinamatchers are great. Knowing Johnson Brothers White china is now difficult to find when replacing pieces I was relieved to find that Chinamatchers had teacups. I needed to replace one but bought 3 in order to have a fall-back. Luckily I had more than enough saucers, having bought full dinner, breakfast and tea services forty years ago when the white was the thing to have as a basic.

Purchase of Dinner Knife Your staff with whom we corresponded were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Unfortunately you were only able to supply one of the two knives we ordered, and the quality of the one you did supply was not good, pot-marked and scratched, completely unlike the forks that we had bought from you previously which were shiny and like new - perhaps even better than the rest of our set which was a wedding present 53 years ago and we had kept in good condition. However, in fairness, you did give us a complete refund for which we are very grateful.
