GBExcellent Customer Service I'm a newbie spa owner and as such specified the wrong filter as part of my order. Arctic Spa Store flagged this error and corrected it while neither altering the dollar amount nor delaying shipment. A courteous email was sent explaining my error and describing the proposed fix. No action on my part was required since, of course, they knew better than I what to ship. Bravo.
