Travis is awesome! Ive owned my kindled xl1000 for close to a year now it started to fritz out but as soon as i reached out to growstrongindustries i cgot a call back from one of the best customer service agents out there. If yall get the chance to speak with travis he is a true pleasure. He went above and beyond for me for 2 weeks trying to get my light fixed so i could get back to what i love most, growing! Super amazing company lead by super awesome people.

Beautiful Spectrum So far I'm digging the product and cannot wait to see what kind of beautiful flowers these lights can yield. I do wish, however, that I would have know about a 15% restocking fee in addition to covering shipping if there was any reason a customer such as myself would want or need to return the item. During these tough times, charging a potential future consumer and others potentially brought in by Word Of Mouth a fee for wanting to return a never opened or taken out of box item just seems like a business practice that needs fine tuning. Just be wary and use caution when measuring your room space for if you buy too many lights you will pay the cost out of pocket. thanks and God Bless

The X40 lights worked as advertised The X40 lights worked as advertised. I did have to remount the ballasts on the sides as I supported 3 lights in a row on aluminum rails, and didn't have enough top clearance to accommodate the standard top mount, so that is possible. Otherwise, my radishes germinated in 5 days and lettuce in a week. Very happy.

So far so good using an entry-level… So far so good using an entry-level kind LED product and looking forward to harvesting my pineapples and exotic fruits. If I had to compare all the brands across the marketplace for this purpose I would equate kind LED as a BMW in the grow light market. After all, you get what you pay for and that’s why I paid extra to get the kind LED lights.

Bad terrible customer service I tried… Bad terrible customer service I tried returning before 30 days after purchase and they wanted to take 15% as stocking fee. lights aren’t worth the money at all they use cheap no name Chinese LEDs that burn out especially the IRs
